Inspector notes: Container of burritos with lid tightly sealed observed in refrigerated drawer near ice machine. The burritos had an internal temperature of 60*F and been prepared less than 20minutes prior to inspection according to time stamp on product container. PIC relocated burritos to walk-in cooler and left lid ajar to allow rapid cooling. Discussed importance of air circulation during the cooling process. Refrigerated drawers are not made to cool products
