Inspector notes: -- In glue trap behind the frappe machine, observed live nymph and adult German cockroaches. No other live pest activity observed in establishment. The PIC provided the most recent pest control reports from 7/19/25 and 7/28/25 showing cockroaches are actively being targeted. Per PIC, another certified pest control applicator service is scheduled within 24 hours and again on 8/19/25. The PIC will provide pest control reports for this week and 8/19/25 once services are completed. Provided recommendations to reduce the attraction of pests: limiting standing water/liquid spills, filling/closing holes or other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings, keeping outer openings such as doors closed/protected, limiting open/exposed food, inspecting shipments of food, premises for evidence of pests, eliminating harborage conditions, and removing dead/trapped creatures promptly. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist
