Inspector notes: Milk dispenser stem longer than 1 inch PIC cut the stem. Ensure that the length of the milk dispenser tube is less than an inch due to the potential for milk remaining in the tube for long periods that could grow bacteria

Inspector notes: 1. Provide an RPZ back flow preventor for the carbonator. Conduits and fittings after the RPZ must be stainless steel or PEX. Do not use copper or brass alloys downstream from the backflow preventers of the soda carbonators. Provide a drain cup for the device, drainpipe must be rigid with a minimum of a 1” air gap from the finished floor. 2. Provide 1 hand sink at the front food service area, provide another hand sink at the 3-compartment sink. The hand sink must be in the line of sight for all workstations. Hand sinks must have side splashguards unless equipment, products, workstation and storage shelving are not within 24 inches from the hand sink. 3. Provide a ASSE 1022, dual check valve at coffee/tea brewer. 4. Repair/replace the faucet handles at the 3-compartment sink; they are not working. 5. Anchor the faucet without the sprayer at the 3-comp sink so it cannot be moved. 6. Provide a 6-inch-high metal stand for the water heater tank. Wooden beams on the floor as a mean to elevate the water heater is not acceptable. 7. Provide metal drain pan for the water heater

Inspector notes: 1. Provide several coats of high-gloss paint on the wooden spacing structure inside the walk-in freezer. Raw wood is not acceptable. 2. Replace black ceiling tiles above self-serving station and front service area with light colored ceiling tiles, dark color ceiling tiles are not acceptable in food / drink/ service/ storage areas. 3. Replace water filter if it had not been replaced within a year. Please add date of replacement on the unit. Please replace them per manufacture recommendations. 4. Floor titles are missing grout in numerous areas especially at wet area. Please use siliconized grout for filling
