Inspector notes: Observed 0PPM of chlorine sanitizer in the bar dishwasher in use at the time of the inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be provided and maintained at 50-100PPM. Lines were primed and a leak was found in the sanitizer line. Person in charge will contact their dishwasher vendor to repair. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Establishment will utilize the kitchen dishwasher until repaired

Please provide a dedicated water source for that water line to the dish washer. Lastly, observed a chemical dispenser directly connected to the hose attached to the mop sink. Chemical dispensers must have their own dedicated water source due to backflow devices on this fixture setup. Repair and maintain plumbing issues in proper repair prior to re-inspection (Thursday June 19th)
