Employee then put on gloves to begin handling raw dough balls but first touched a cell phone that was on a nearby storage rack. Inspector informed PIC. PIC had the employee remove their gloves and do a proper hand wash before continuing to work. Please ensure hands are washed as required and hand washing occurs at designated hand wash stations
