Later during the inspection, PIC stated the pizza cutters had not been swapped out or fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized today while the first order was completed at 10:34 AM today. PIC swapped the pizza cutters for clean ones. Please ensure utensils or food contact equipment (that aren't temperature controlled themselves) that comes in contact with TCS food items are swapped out or fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours
