Faucet has approved AVB installed, which has been under pressure whenever water supply is on. PIC removed the hose from the mop-sink faucet. Chemical dispensers and other equipment are required to have a separate, dedicated water supply line. No shut-offs such as y-valves or devices (i.e. side-kicks), equipment, etc., are allowed be present on the downstream side of an AVB

PIC placed the correct day dot sticker on the laminated sign for each stack of wings and the sticker for the sausage. Discussed the procedure for date marking. PIC will retrain employees to follow the date marking procedure.
