The same employee then opened the dish machine, removed cleaned dishes, and began placing clean bowls and plates onto stacks of other clean plates and bowls. PIC had the employee rewash all the plates and bowls. Employee was instructed to wash their hands prior to handling clean dishes and after handling dirty dishes
