Inspector notes: Observed oysters in a distributors box, placed in a red cooler with ice. Per employee the oysters were her managers to take home. Spoke with manager via telephone and she confirmed that they were only there for storage until they can be transported home. Establishment only has drinks available, no solid food besides the oysters were stored at establishment. Informed manager that oysters should not be stored at establishment when they are for personal use at home. Ensure to properly label/store personal food in designated area. Correct prior to next routine inspection
