Inspector notes: Observed no paper towel at the hand wash sink in the employee bathroom or at the hand wash sink next to the soda machine. Also observed items stored in the hand wash sink next to the three compartment sink in the back of the facility. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for all handwash sinks at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing

Inspector notes: Observed in the walk -in white and black organic matter on the ceiling above the cooler fan. Discussed with PIC physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed in the retail walk-in lots of different packaged and open containers of foods and sauces on many shelves and on the floor. Per PIC the food is for the facility personal use. Discussed with PIC dedicate and label a designated space of shelving for employee personal use and storage. All items not sold or use for an establishment shall be stored in a designated spot, low or in a way that does not contaminate foods, equipment, single use items or clean linens. Place all personal foods in a designated place prior to next routine inspection
