Inspector notes: Observed a container of Young's Kitchen and Bathroom scrub stored on the prep table in the back of the facility. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC).Young's Kitchen and Bathroom scrub is not an approved chemical sanitizer under 40 CFR 180.940. Inspector did not observe the use of this chemical at time of inspection. Establishment must cease use of this chemical as a sanitizer and start using a chemical listed under 40 CFR 180.940 for food contact surfaces. Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Discussed with PIC chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemical was relocated and properly stored and the prep table was properly soap, rinsed and sanitized with approved sanitizer by PIC at time of inspection

Discussed with PIC all handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC supplied hand soap at the time of inspection. Also observed a dirty mop head stored on the splashguard of the hand sink in front of the freezer. Discussed with PIC hand wash sinks shall be used for hand washing only and shall be clean and accessible to promote proper hand washing
