Inspector notes: Observed bar handwash sink to have a reusable cloth towel for hand drying. Person in charge stated the towel is changed out every shift with a clean towel for hand drying. Explained to person in charge approved hand drying provisions. Approved hand drying provisions include: individual, disposable towels; continuous towel system that supplies user with clean towel; heated-air hand drying device; or hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. If cloth towels are used, a clean towel shall be used for each use. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided paper towels for handwash sink at time of inspection
