Then the inspector and PIC observed the employee start to walk towards food prep line with the same tongs without cleaning and sanitizing them. The inspector asked the employee if the tongs just fell on the floor, and the employee confirmed that they did. Requested the employee wash, rinse, and sanitize the utensils before continuing to use them for food
