Inspector notes: -- Observed employee bread raw chicken with gloved hands, then begin touching warming cabinet handles at prep station for ready-to-eat chicken without washing their hands and changing their gloves. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink before continuing tasks at time of inspection. Requested food contact surfaces/equipment that came in contact with contaminated hands be sanitized at the time of inspection
