Inspector notes: Observed in three separate sections of cafeteria area with chemical hand sanitizer bottles angled and stored directly above single use gloves and grape jelly containers. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC moved all hand sanitizer away from single use gloves and grape jelly listed. ==Toxic substances stored to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles

Inspector notes: Observed employee grab multiple towels from floor with right glove hand. With contaminated right gloved hand employee worked with open food macaroni and purees directly touching clean dishes and other foods. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC directed employee take off contaminated gloves and wash hands. Employee not washing hands after engaging in other activities that may contaminate the hands

Inspector notes: Observed inside main walk in unit with cooked cooling chicken soup with sealed lid on top. Internal temperature was at 46*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per PIC soup was recently prepared. Also observed inside same unit sealed speed rack with 20 layers of cooling foods: potatoes; sausages; raw bacon at 45*F-47*F). Per PIC the product was placed open and prepared 2 hrs prior to inspection start time. Also observed inside two door refrigerator with ambient at 53.7*F with over 20 grab and go cold sandwiches at 50*F. Per PIC sandwiches prepared 1 hr prior to inspection start time. Directed PIC to have employees move grab and go to main walk in unit to cool to 41*F. ====Improper method used
