Physical facilities not in good repair
Inspector notes: Observed a small leak and ice crystals dripping down from the freezer's cooling unit. Single-packaged brownies were stored beneath the leak. Alerted the manager who wiped clean the individual packaged brownies and removed all foods from under the cooling unit. A sheet pan was also placed under the leak to help catch ice crystals as they fell. Proper repair is required. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times.
