Inspector notes: At time of inspection, no certified food protection manager was present on the premises. A CFPM must be present at all times of food operations. Please have a CFPM present for the next inspection

Inspector notes: 1. Noted the faucet with the sprayer nozzle of the 3-comp sink is leaking at the faucet connection. Please repair/ replace. 2. Noted the tea brewer's water connection was not provided with an approved backflow preventer. Provide a vented dual check valve (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the tea brewer. 3. Noted cold cuts in service is placed directly on the shelf of the deli cooler. Per staff, this is the required practice for Jersey Mike. Discussed using trays to put the products in to prevent putting the ready to eat products on a surface that cannot be washed, rinsed, and sanitize every 4 hours. Per staff, clean in place the shelf is conducted once a day
