Inspector notes: No certified food protection manager was present during the time of inspection. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation

Inspector notes: Observed employee return from rear entrance with rolling trash can and interact with cartons of milk in reach-in near front without washing hands. Observed employee grab and move cleaned dishes from sanitizer and place on shelf for drying without washing hands prior. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection after inspector intervention

Inspector notes: Observed unlabeled container filled with dark yellow liquid being used as a doorstop for the kitchen door. Per person in charge (PIC), the container had not been opened and used and is bleach. Observed several spray bottles with blue liquid underneath prep table with no label indicating common names. Discussed the importance of labeling chemical containers and asked PIC to label all containers without a common name

Inspector notes: Observed noticeable odor coming from the floor drain off the in-use utensil area. Also from the drains of the men's and women's bathroom. Please clean drains at a rate to avoid odor
