Inspector notes: -- Sanitizer bucket for food contact surfaces/equipment, shake machine bottle for blender, and 3-compartment sink had quat sanitizer levels measuring above 400ppm. The quat sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink is dispensing above the required concentration range between 150ppm-400ppm. At the time of inspection, the inspector requested the sanitizer be diluted to approved levels. The person in charge (PIC) stated a work order will be placed to repair automatic dispenser. Ensure employees are utilizing test strips to verify proper chemical sanitation ranges
