Observed clean plastic container in the walk in cooler stacked together with water still trapped between them. Person in charge separated the nested trays and containers so that they can fully air-dry. Discussed with person in charge to fully air-dry the dishware prior to stacking it together. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing
