Person in charge stated the condenser needs replaced, fridge rises is temperature daily, issue has been occurring for a week and work order is placed. PIC stated when walk-in fridge increases above 41*F TCS foods are put in alternative units until temperature drops. Walk-in refrigerator is the establishments main unit and the largest. Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below
