Inspector notes: Observed the hand sink at the kiosk supplied with no water. PIC stated that they are closed due to having no access to water. PIC stated that the water has been shut off due to the leak and the boiler needs to be replaced. Discussed with PIC that they cannot be open until water has been supplied to the kiosk. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
