Inspector notes: Observed slimy organic matter accumulating on the deflector panel of the ice maker. Please have panel cleaned as frequently as necessary to precent organic matter growth

Inspector notes: Observed the breakfast self-service breakfast bar to be missing sneeze guards/protection of food from contamination by consumers. The self-service breakfast bar contains open lid containers of brown sugar, raisins, and shaved coconut. Informed PIC that the food at the self-service bar needs to be protected from contamination from consumers. PIC called maintenance and was able to find a sneezeguard. PIC placed the sneezeguard on the counter to protect the food at time of inspection. Informed PIC that hinged lids for their toppings is also an option. Food for self-service must be protected by packaging, a service counter line, sneeze guards, display case or other effective means
