Inspector notes: Observed rodent droppings throughout the kitchen area and the dining room area. The person in charge (PIC) was shown the droppings. The PIC stated they will utilize disposable dishes/utensils until issue is addressed. The PIC was instructed to clean and sanitize all dishes and equipment and remove all droppings from the kitchen. The PIC was instructed to contact the pest control company to address the issue. A re-inspection will be conducted in 10 days. Please ensure pest control receipts are available prior to re-inspection
