Inspector notes: Observed dark residue on the upper interior surface of the large ice machine near the entrance of the storage area. Equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Discussed ice machine cleaning frequently. Please clean the ice machines as frequently as necessary to prevent the build of soilage and residue. Clean prior to the next routine inspection

Inspector notes: This is the 2nd consecutive violation. At time of inspection no hot water was available under pressure in the establishment. After several minutes of running, no hot water was observed at the hand washing sink by the 3 compartment sink, the hand washing sink by the ice makers, the prep sink, and the 3 compartment sink. All sinks were between 73*F to 75*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. Water of 100*F or higher is required to be available under pressure at all times. Re-inspection for hot water will be scheduled for Monday February 3rd. Instructed managers on duty to call complaint line if they wish to lift the suspension prior to the 3rd
