Inspector notes: Observed chemical dish machine in use and not dispensing chlorine sanitizer. PIC not able to get the machine functioning properly and dispensing chlorine sanitizer to measure between 50-100ppm. The three-compartment sink will be utilized for sanitizing dishes until machine is in good repair. Discussed the use of test strips to ensure machine is sanitizing dishes
