Plumbing system not maintained in good repair
Inspector notes: Observed multiple drainpipes associated with sinks used to prepare food in without a 1" air gap between the drainpipe and the floor sink is empties into. Ensure there is a 1" air gap at all prep sinks and dishwashing sinks to prevent any potential contamination from sewage. In addition, observed spray nozzle connected to a hose at the mop sink. The water was turned on, creating constant pressure on the atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) backflow prevention device. Instructed manager to maintain spray nozzle disconnected from hose when not in use
