Inspector notes: Observed in house raw pressed juice (raw apples ,raw pineapple, ginger) having expiration dates of 5/3 in the grab and go drink cooler. Also observed cut watermelon not having a date marking. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection except for the cut watermelon which was prepped 5 days prior to inspection and labeled appropriately at the time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed the establishment bottling in house juice without an expiration date and without the proper warnings. As specified in 21 CFR 101.17(g) Food labeling, warning, notice, and safe handling statements, JUICES that have not been specifically processed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate the presence of pathogens with the following: “WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.” Person in charge states they will fix the labeling as soon as possible. Reinspection will be conducted on or before 11/1/2024
