Grab N Go

Inspector notes: Observed an employee working with food, remove their gloves, scratch their ear and then go and grab new gloves without washing their hands first. Discussed with employee that anytime we change gloves or contamination to the hands occurs, such as when touching one's face, that we must wash hands before working with the food again. Employee removed their gloves and washed their hands at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks

Inspector notes: Observed organic, pink matter on the inside of the ice machine. Discussed with person in charge to clean the ice machine more frequently. Person in charge will have the ice machine cleaned out. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch

Inspector notes: Discussed with person in charge to please repair the lights in the large, northern storage room. Light should be provided in these areas during hours of operation
