Inspector notes: Observed mechanical dishwasher outputting sanitizer recorded at greater than 500 parts per million. Person in charge stated they are having someone come out to adjust sanitizer output. Discussed with PIC to use three-compartment sink in meantime until mechanical dishwater is adjusted. Three-compartment sink sanitizer pump is outputting proper PPM between 150-400. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels

Inspector notes: Observed spray bottle under handwashing sink in kitchen with light brown liquid. Bottle was unlabeled, and person in charge was unable to identify product. Discussed importance of making sure all working containers be labeled to identify toxic substances. PIC removed spray bottle and disposed of unknown substance and stated they would label it properly

Inspector notes: Observed establishment in possession of test strips labeled as expired in 2019. Strips were not clearly displaying measurements when used in Quat under 400 PPM. Inspector's test strips were displaying appropriate PPM and were used to gauge viability of expired strips. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Discussed with PIC establishment must provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection
