Bottles in bar fridge are dirty as well as where the joining of wall and floor in fridge becoming rusty. Between wooden planks on bar floor have accumulation of dirt. As well as women's bathroom has gap between wall and tile allowing accumulation of dirt. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Discussed filling in bathroom floor gab with grout with person in charge. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
