Per Person in Charge (PIC) the pink liquid is sanitizer for food contact surfaces and was not sure of the clear and brown chemical. PIC discarded the unknown liquid. Discussed with PIC Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic chemicals such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. PIC labeled the sanitizer bottle at time of inspection
