Per PIC volunteers will separate the damaged cans before being placed for customers to take. A designated area will be used to store damaged cans until removal from the establishment. Embargoed the dented cans and PIC discarded at time of inspection

Discussed with PIC physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Also observed missing caulking around the ceiling to wall transition within the walk-in refrigerator. Discussed to apply new caulking to create a smooth and cleanable surface
