Inspector notes: Observed cups and utensils in the main dishwashing machine. After finished running through the water was tested on the surface of the plates and 0ppm chlorine was observed. Also observed dishwashing machine in the bar area with 0ppm on cup surface while washing and sanitizing cups. Person in charge called dishwashing company for services. Establishment to use three compartment sinks for all sanitizing purposes. 2nd consecutive violation. Corrected at time of inspection
