Informed PIC that the hand sink needs to be re-caulked to the wall so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed the AVB cap missing from the faucet hooked up to the chemical dispenser. Informed PIC that the AVB needs to be brought back into good repair and to ensure it is functioning properly. PIC submitted work order at time of inspection. Inspector notes: Observed the three-compartment sink with caulking completely gone in some areas and peeling off in others, leaving a gap behind the sink for moisture and debris to collect. Informed PIC that the sink needs to be resealed to the wall. PIC submitted a work order for this at time of inspection. Observed the drainpipes for the three-compartment sink and the prep sink fallen below the top of the drain. Informed PIC that the pipes need to be lifted or cut so that there is an air gap of at least one inch between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain.
