Inspector notes: Observed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the dish machine in the wine bar being used at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure the glasses are being sanitized properly. It was discovered an incorrect sanitizer was hooked up to the machine. In person reinspection will be on Friday, September 12th. This is a second consecutive repeat priority violation

The machine does not have a sanitizer bottle hooked up to it. The PIC placed the machine out of order until their chemical rep brings their sanitizer. The 3 compartment sink will be used in the meantime
