Inspector notes: Observed baked chicken breasts in warmer with an internal temperature between150 - 158*F. As per the staff on site chicken was cooked and temped to be greater than 165*F. When staff checked chicken with metal stem thermometer a different read out was observed on digital thermometer and in house hand held equipment. Chicken was placed back into oven and continued to be cooked to 165*F. Advised staff to temp multiple pieces of chicken to verify cook temperatures. Manager on site calibrated equipment
