Inspector notes: Observed soiled dishes, utensils, and cups in the handwashing sink for the Memory Care kitchen. The soiled dishes were removed to provide access to handwashing. PIC will retrain employees to place soiled dishes in a bus bin to ensure access to the handwashing sink is continually available. Handwashing sinks must be maintained so accessible at all times, not used for other purposes than hand washing, and supplied with warm water, soap and paper towels
