Asked PIC to test the chlorine sanitizer levels and found it to be less than 50ppm. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Sanitizer solution was re-made with proper quat concentration and the metal sheet pan was re-sanitized a time of inspection
