Conveying Sewage
Inspector notes: At the outdoor cooking area, the handwashing sink drain pipe and the attached grease trap were leaking onto the floor when the handwashing sink is turned on. Employees do not have a directly accessible handwashing sink in the outdoor cooking area that does not drain onto the floor. Due to the hazard to the environment and the inability for employees to wash hands without contaminating the environment, the outdoor cooking area will cease food handling operations. Until the drain pipe and grease trap is repaired, the outdoor cooking area cannot be used for food handling. All hot dogs, burgers, and other foods must be cooked and packaged in the main kitchen. The outdoor cooking area can be used to hot hold the pre-packaged foods that have been prepared in the main kitchen. This means pre-packaged foods, hot holding, and sold directly to the consumer with no other assembly or preparation. Inspector will follow up in 3 business days. Until inspector has approved the repairs onsite, food handling operations cannot be conducted in that area. Please have the drainpipe and grease trap repaired prior to re-inspection on 4/1/2026

Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
