All equipment used for TCS foods must be kept at 41*F or below to ensure the TCS foods remain at proper temperatures. Inspector will come back in 10 days to verify all equipment is working properly

Inspector notes: Observed ceiling with black build up from pizza oven, and now difficult to clean. Ensure that ceiling is cleanable. Manager said they are planning on chaning the ceiling and perhaps moving it up. Ensure ceiling tiles are vinyl coated and cleaned and cleanable to make the facility easy to clean and avoid build up in the future
