Inspector notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths stored throughout establishment. Moist cloths used for food contact surfaces must be kept in an approved sanitizing solution. Also observed 0 ppm of chlorine in sanitizer bucket. PIC drained and re-filled at time of inspection to proper sanitizer levels
