All TCS foods were transferred to walk-in cooler beverage section that was holding ambient air temperature of 53*F at time of inspection. Food was embargoed and technician was on site making repairs to walk-in cooler. Re-inspection for walk-in cooler will occur on 2/3/26. Until then all TCS foods will not be served to the public
