Observed employee at raw beef station, using the same gloves to touch finished onions and cheese and spatula shared with employees at finished food stations. Talked to staff about using the included over glove brand provided. Manager had employee wash hands and changed out shared utensils. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen
