Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink and counter in the meat packing room completely filled with products for the store. Per person in charge the sink has not been used as the handwashing sink in the restroom is used instead. Handwashing sink in the meat packing room also did not have soap and paper towels. Handwashing sink must be maintained with soap and paper towels at all times and remain uncluttered and easily accessible as it must be utilized when repacking meat. The hand wash sink in the restroom is not to be utilized as a replacement for the meat packing hand washing sink. Prior to reinspection stock the sink with soap, paper towels, remove all items from sink and counter and ensure sink is operating fully. Correct prior to reinspection
