Inspector notes: Observed a large amount of trash strewn about in the dumpster area. It was observed that some of the lids on the trash cans are missing, which can promote pest activity as the garbage is open to the environment. Please ensure the area is regularly maintained to minimize the accumulation of debris and to cover garbage bins completely to mitigate access to pests

Inspector notes: Observed floor tiles around the fryer area, particularly near the floor drain, that are heavily chipped and, in some cases, have cracked completely in half. There are numerous tiles in this area with missing grout, creating crevices in the floor such that the floor is no longer smooth, durable or easily cleanable in this area. Food, grease and other debris were observed to be accumulating in these crevices. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels available for the hand sink adjacent to the 3-compartment sink. Person in charge provided paper towels at time of inspection. Observed that the paper towel dispenser batteries were dead and paper towel dispenser was not operating. Discussed with person in charge exploring other options for paper towel dispenser if the battery-operated machines are not sufficient. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing

Inspector notes: Please ensure that a person with a certified food protection manager is present during all hours of operation. Person in charge is currently working towards acquiring their CFPM. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation

Inspector notes: Observed a large accumulation of grease and food debris under and around the fryers. Also observed food scraps and other greasy areas pooled on the floor in the kitchen area. Discussed with person in charge cleaning more frequently in heavy use areas. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
