Inspector notes: Observed toxic substances and materials stored stored next to food, food equipment, and utensils in various areas of the tortilleria. Observed medications stored next to food items, food utensils stored with tools and hardware, food containers stored inside tool boxes with various maintence equipment, empolyee purses and items stored on top of bags of food, containers of non-food safe grease lubricant and silicone sealent stored next to food and food equipment, food stored next to sanitizers and cleaning chemicals. The person in charge directed employees in proper storage and separation. All medicines must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All medicines were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination.
