TCS items placed in unit within 4 hours were relocated to alternative refrigeration, and all other TCS products kept over 4 hours were discarded. Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Establishment was able to repair walk-in refrigerator, where air temperature of walk-in was observed to be at 40.8*F at end of inspection
