Inspector notes: Observed turkey sausage, sausage, american cheese, and white cheddar cheese in the top of the make-line unit ranging from 44*F to 48*F. Ambient temperature was 48.2*F using min/max thermometer. Also, observed everything bagel bites in the bottom of the make-line unit at 47*F. Ambient temperature of the bottom was 46.4*F using min/max thermometer. Notified person in charge and they relocated all food to walk-in and put out of order sign on the unit. Person in charge will not use until it is able to maintain 41*F or below
