Inspector notes: Employee observed cleaning dishes at 3 compartment sink, then when asked to help with customer orders they proceeded to grab a to-go cup to begin making coffee. Also observed an employee wiping down counter tops, changing out sanitizer solutions in buckets, then proceeded to put on clean gloves to prepare a customer's sandwich. PIC was notified of both instances and staff were coached and asked to wash hands. Proper handwashing was observed at time of inspection. Discussed examples of when to wash hands. Per FDA Food Code 2017, food employees must wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of the hands this includes touching bare human body parts (except arms), coughing or sneezing, using the toilet, and handling dirty equipment or utensils or when switching tasks. Switching gloves only is not sufficient
